Frequently Asked Questions

When will the free Hotelgest plan be available?

Our priority is our paying customers, who help maintain the system and pay for the development of new features and functionalities. We have a route plan with all the features that Hotelgest should have before launching a limited free version. Once that route plan is completed, we will make the free accounts and certify them with the main OTAs.

Do you offer a trial period?

Yes, we believe that it is not necessary to register to test the system, so we offer an unlimited demo account where anyone interested can test all the functions. Even so, once the customer account is created, we offer 15 days of functionality at no charge.

If I close in low season, can I deactivate the service?

Partially, after all, that a user does not use the service does not mean that it is not working. The system continues sending availability to the OTAs and continues notifying the hotelier of new reservations or modifications. If your establishment temporarily closes, we can restrict access to the system, leaving the aforementioned benefits in operation and reducing the fee significantly . Only available for Standard and Premium plans.

Can I change my plan anytime?

Of course, if for any reason you have to expand because you have opened a new room, or reduce the plan because you have permanently closed one, you just have to notify your Account Manager and we will make changes to your account.

Is there a commission for each reservation received?

No, our pricing model is flat rate. There are no hidden costs added. Anyway we do not intervene with the OTA, (travel agencies and booking portals) if they sell your rooms, you will have to continue paying the sales commission that you have agreed with them.

Can I manage several accommodations from a single account?

Of course, you can create as many accounts as needed, each with a fee depending on the rooms you have. All of them can be linked to a master account. What you have to do is log in to our system with the master account, the system will ask you what accommodation you want to control, you can also change from one accommodation to another immediately and, if you prefer, you can share the billing.

Can I invoice with different tax information?

As long as you have only one account, you cannot. Each account is associated with an address and fiscal data. If you need to invoice with another company, we understand that you have another property, so you must register the property in a new account.

Do you have a booking engine? Can I integrate it into my website?

Of course, our booking engine has a design that allows it to adapt to any type of screen, it can also be customized to keep it in line with corporate image and colors.
